About the role:
The Senior Director, OneIT Business Partner US Commercialization will serve as the strategic liaison between the IT organization and the US Commercial and Medical teams. This role is responsible for aligning technology strategies with business objectives, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of IT solutions that enable business growth, operational efficiency, and compliance. The Senior Director will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to leverage technology for competitive advantage.
Your Contribution:
Strategic Leadership:
- Partner with US Commercial and Medical leadership to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Support in bringing the global strategy for digital commercialization and local/market/country specific needs together
- Identify emerging technologies and trends that can enhance the effectiveness of Commercial and Medical operations.
Technology Enablement:
- Lead the design and implementation of IT solutions that support Commercial and Medical functions, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and digital engagement tools.
- Ensure seamless integration of IT systems to optimize workflows and data sharing across departments.
- Drive innovation in digital health solutions, patient engagement platforms, and medical information systems.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related needs within the US Commercial and Medical teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Communicate IT strategies, initiatives, and performance metrics to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security standards.
A Good Match:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries.
- Proven track record of partnering with Commercial and Medical teams to deliver impactful IT solutions.
- Experience managing large-scale IT projects and budgets.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of Commercial and Medical operations, including sales, marketing, medical affairs, data analytics and patient engagement.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and other data privacy standards.
- Expertise in CRM systems, analytics platforms, and digital health technologies.
Your benefits and remuneration:
Expected Pay Range: $198,900/year to $318,300/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance). Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
